Directions : Students are required to writ a well-organized email to call for a meeting to discuss a preparation for a training course/seminar. The information in the email MUST INCLUDE : (1) Introduction and purpose, (2) Venue and time for the meeting, (3) A brief description of the course/seminar specified, (4) The main focus of discussion and a draft agenda ( no. of agenda items required will be notified in the directions ) , and (5) Proper due date/time for your recipients to decide on the attendance of the meeting ***Please see the email in section A of Unit 16 on page 74 for a test model. However, students have to add/create the information ( 3 ) a brief description of a course given as it is not present in the email of page 74.
