Directions : Students are required to writ a well-organized
email to call for a meeting to discuss a preparation for a training
course/seminar. The information in the email MUST INCLUDE :
(1)
Introduction and purpose,
(2)
Venue and time for the meeting,
(3)
A brief description of the course/seminar
specified,
(4)
The main focus of discussion and a draft agenda (no.
of agenda items required will be notified in the directions), and
(5)
Proper due date/time for your recipients to
decide on the attendance of the meeting
***Please see the email in
section A of Unit 16 on page 74 for a test model.
However, students have to
add/create the information (3) a brief description of a course given as it is not present
in the email of page 74. Also, (4) the main focus of discussion and an agenda
must sound possible and appropriate for the task. Copying or memorizing
such/any information in the email on page 74 into you task may not sound
sensible to your task.
